The Japanese grater cuts vegetables into extremely thin and even slices, strips and bars.

 
It has a blade for slicing and 3 additional interchangeable blades.
 
Equipped with a plastic cover, it takes up little space and is flat.
 
The mandolin should be washed by hand, taking special care when caring for the blades. Do not wash in the dishwasher - it can contribute to the dulling of the blade.
