Store the flour tin in a dry place, away from moisture, to prevent the contents from clumping.
-Self rising" flour is simply type 450 flour mixed with baking powder or a mixture of baking powder and baking soda with a small amount of table salt in proportions: 3 teaspoons of baking powder and 0.5 teaspoons of salt per 500g of flour.
